The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.You can read the general conditions of sale on the site. You have the option of saving and / or printing them. The general conditions of sale being able to be the subject of modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date of placing of your order. The reservation of the bed and breakfast of the Nid Cozy d'Isa in Gérardmer (the reservation and confirmation emails being proof) implies full acceptance of the General Conditions set out below:
Article 1: Duration of stay The customer reserving our room for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2: Prices The prices indicated on the website are the only contractual prices. They include all taxes (the owner is not subject to VAT).
Article 3: Booking formalities Any reservation request made by telephone (07.83.03.44.68) must be confirmed by e-mail or by mail, the reservation will only be validated by us after our response by e-mail, mail or sms and definitively taken account upon receipt of a check, deposit transfer, or a value of 30% of the total amount of the reservation in the week following the reservation . This deposit may be cashed upon receipt (in this case its amount will be deducted from the remainder to be paid upon departure), or returned upon arrival in return for full payment for the room (cashier's check, ANCV checks (50 € maximum) or cash). Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax (0.83 € / day / person for the bed and breakfast option, or 1.65 € / day / person, in furnished tourist accommodation). Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm.By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and that, accordingly, we reserve the right to recover the room. The online calendar on our site has no contractual value, it is simply intended to facilitate the preparation of your stay.
Article 4: Cancellation of the stay by the customer Any modification is only possible after the agreement of Nid Cozy d'Isa. We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, it will be due by the customer, an indemnity fixed as follows : - the deposit sent will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.If the deposit check has not been debited, it will be as soon as the cancellation is known. - if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the full payment will remain due or will remain acquired at Nid Cozy d'Isa in Gérardmer. The customer agrees to pay the supplement as soon as his reservation is canceled. Any date reserved (except for a gift voucher) may be postponed only once (in case of force majeure and if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the reservation). - the cancellation of a date reserved for a voucher cannot be postponed (or even once for a duly justified case of force majeure). Gift vouchers are neither returned nor refunded . In the event of early departure during the stay: full payment for the service reserved. Case of force majeure : in case of force majeure, the stay will be postponed within a maximum period of 12 months, under the same conditions as announced above.
Article 5: Cancellation insurance We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices. You can take out cancellation insurance yourself.
Article 6: Cancellation of the stay by the owner A reservation cancellation sent by e-mail or post may be made by us, for reasons beyond our control. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid.
Article 7: timetables • Arrival time : The customer must present himself on the day specified when making his reservation, between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner ( 07.83.03.44.68 ). If possible, please do not arrive after 7:00 p.m. (if you are dining there). We do not accept arrivals after 10 p.m.In the event of a special or unforeseen request, it will be necessary to contact us by phone. • Departure time : The departure time from the room is set at 10:30 am at the latest . After this time, you will be charged an additional night. Breakfasts (for the bed and breakfast formula) are served between 9:00 am and 9:30 am . For any other request, please let us know your wishes upon arrival. • Access to the spa is included in your stay (limited to 1 hour / night). For unlimited access, see our prices.
Article 8: Payment of the accommodation balance The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner. Payment of the balance can be made: • In cash (no credit card terminal) or ANCV checks (50 € maximum) or check (but from a bank). Consumption and additional services will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.
Article 9: Gift vouchers The purchase of a gift voucher is subject to the same general conditions of sale as for standard reservations. Apart from the following specificities: The holder of the gift voucher must contact us by e-mail or telephone to request a date of his choice. No guarantee of availability is granted. The reservation will only be validated according to availability and only after sending an e-mail or a confirmation letter from the Nid Cozy d'Isa. Gift vouchers are neither returned nor refunded. They must be used within 12 months of the date of payment. Beyond this 12-month period, they lose all validity (except in case of agreement with the cozy nest of Isa in Gérardmer, on a postponement of time). Reminder article 4: -the cancellation of a date reserved for a gift voucher made less than 7 days before the date of arrival cannot be postponed. Gift vouchers are not refunded.
Article 10: Tourist tax The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the municipality, which remits it to the Public Treasury (0.83 € / person / day for the bed and breakfast formula, or 1.65 € / day / person, for the furnished tourist formula). ).
Article 11: Pets Although we like them very much, pets are not allowed (for reasons of hygiene and allergies).
Article 12: Art of living and use of the premises In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of Nid Cozy d'Isa's guests, respect for a certain ""art of living"" is required of all.In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the bedroom and the living space (specific spaces are allocated outside (on your terrace)). The customer more generally undertakes to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on all as soon as one lives in community and the present general conditions of sale. Any disrespectful attitude towards people and / or facilities may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. The customer undertakes to return the rental in perfect condition at the end of the stay, and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any degradation for which he is responsible. The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors living on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.Le Nid Cozy d'Isa will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage or injury to property and / or persons on the property, regardless of the cause. • Private SPAS : Our house is equipped with 2 Spas dedicated to each rental (summer and winter). Its use is reserved exclusively for the guests of the room. The spas are installed outdoors (but covered). You have direct access from your space from 8:30 am to 10 pm. In accordance with the hygiene rules for Spas, it is treated with bromine-based water. Your rental is an exceptional place, rare because of its private nature. Thank you for using this place as carefully as if it were yours, and when you leave it, for believing that subsequent users will have as much pleasure in finding a very clean place as you.
In order to preserve well-being and serenity, we ask you for impeccable hygiene.
For reasons of safety and hygiene and to respect the quality of the water, users are required to respect these few rules : • The shower is compulsory before entering the bath (do not shampoo, little soap: RINSE WELL) • It is forbidden to soil the water (soap, perfume, bubble bath, sunscreen, massage oil, various and varied solid or liquid products, semen). • Long hair must be tied back • For indisposed people, it is forbidden to bathe without a sanitary pad (you have one at your disposal in the bathroom). • Food products are prohibited in and around the spa ( food and drink), smoking is prohibited in and around the spa. Loose clothing and jewelry are prohibited in the spa. • Swimsuits are strongly recommended. Underpants and other swim shorts are prohibited. • Before coming , you are asked to put your swimsuits in water BUT WITHOUT LAUNDRY (to avoid you full of foam during your SPA), And not to put oil, cream, milk ... for the body before coming please. • It is forbidden to jump in the spa, to dive, to splash, to play ball and to make waves. • It is forbidden to use electrical devices (radio, hair dryer, etc.) inside the spa. • The owners remind their guests that the bath is not supervised. • The spa is not recommended for pregnant women, • It is not recommended for people suffering from infectious diseases, skin diseases, heart and respiratory diseases, hypotension or hypertension, circulatory disorders or diabetes. Not recommended for people on drugs that induce drowsiness, such as tranquilizers, antihistamines or anticoagulants. • The use of drugs, alcohol or medication before or during spa use can cause unconsciousness and the risk of drowning. • It is advisable to be serious to avoid any risk of drowning and burns. • All spa users are advised to be covered by Civil Liability, Defense and Recourse insurance. • The owner declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, burns or drowning. • The owners remind their guests that the bath is not supervised. • Put the protection back on the SPA after each use.
In the event of degradation, or improper use, you are required to cover the costs of repair / reclamation (shutdown for maintenance, water draining, water heating ); as such you engage your civil liability.

Le Nid Cozy d'Isa reserves the right to enter your private space to ensure compliance with the instructions and internal regulations. He reserves the right to close the SPA in the event of force majeure (poor bacteriological quality of the water, closure for maintenance, non-compliance with hygiene and safety rules).
An inventory will be made on your departure .
Advice: the duration of a spa session should not exceed 30 minutes maximum (exceeding 45 minutes may cause drowsiness and hyperthermia). It is strongly advised not to take a meal before entering the bath and to drink alcohol before or during the Spa session. The minimum age for access to the bath is 16 years old. Children under 16 are accompanied and are the sole responsibility of their parents.
You will find (depending on the formula you have chosen) in your rental one bathrobe per person. Nothing better to guarantee you comfort before and after your Spa session. Towels and bathrobes are the property of the establishment. In the event that the client takes the liberty of steal these elements, they would be invoiced at a flat rate under the following conditions: Towel = 25 €; Bathrobe = 60 euros
Damage to movable or immovable equipment, or the theft of decorative or furniture items will result in invoicing for the cost of repair, refurbishment or replacement.
Smoking in the bedroom / lounge area will result in an automatic billing of a lump sum of € 100 to offset the costs of disinfection / deodorization of the bedroom. A space is provided on your terrace (directly accessible from your living room)
It is absolutely forbidden to use sparkling candles (for the floor which has already been burned by this type of candle in the cozy room).
Article 13: Capacity The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If on the day of arrival, the number of occupants is greater, the owners are able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of people than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 14:Modification of the conditions of sale These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. The acceptance and respect of these conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid. The photographs and information presented on the website are not contractual. These conditions of sale are applicable from September 15, 2020 and are subject to change without notice.
